Diane has been a wonderful addition to the Patient Care Coordinator team here at Marotta Plastic Surgery Specialists. She works side-by-side with Dr. Marotta as well as independently to help educate and guide our patients throughout their surgical Transformational Experience. She brings 15 years of experience in the cosmetic surgery industry and has served as a Patient Care Coordinator in a variety of capacities. Her expertise, knowledge and warm personality make her a perfect fit for our Marotta Family.

A consultation with Diane is the start of what she hopes will be a mutually rewarding relationship, one that will last for many years to come. Outside of the consultation room, you will find Diane spending time with her twin sons Michael and Justin or exercising at the gym as fitness is one of Diane’s true passions. Diane also enjoys styling and decorating as she loves all things fashion and design.

Francesa has been a valuable addition to the Patient Care Coordinator team here at Marotta Plastic Surgery Specialists. She works closely with Dr. Marotta as well as on her own to educate and provide guidance to our patients during their surgical Transformational Experience.

Francesca brings over 7 years of experience in the medical and wellness industry, performing roles as a Patient Care Coordinator, Call Center Manager, and Patient Relations Representative. Her passion to help others, knowledge, caring demeanor, and attention to detail make her an ideal fit for our practice. Patients enjoy meeting with Francesca because she is sincere and provides outstanding service and care.

Fun Fact: Francesca has been a licensed Esthetician for over a decade. Her passion is skincare, particularly sunscreen and medical-grade skincare. She keeps a sunscreen on her at all times! She also enjoys wakeboarding, binge watching TV shows, crystals, astrology, traveling with her fiancé, and exploring new restaurants.⁠

Kenneth J. Ruiz is a board-certified physician associate with a passion for using his surgical experience and keen aesthetic eye to provide patients with life-enhancing treatment results. PA Ken obtained his degree in PA studies from Touro College. From there, he trained in New York's most prestigious medical centers including New York Presbyterian Hospital, NYU Langone and St. Francis Hospital. It was through those years of clinical experience and first-assisting surgical cases where an intimate knowledge of anatomy, assessment and technical skills were developed.

PA Ken specializes in using cosmetic injectables both artistically and naturally for facial balancing and restoration. He lives by the philosophy that injectables do not need to be loud. Subtle changes aimed at reducing shadows on the face, softening transitions, restoring structure and improving symmetry lead to a refreshed, cohesive and more pleasant appearance.

He is an active member of the AAPA and APSPA.
